And for the dog. And the cat.

The Great Care app showing one person’s day: an appointment, a task and three medicines.

Sound familiar?

Did she take the morning tablet, or did I only think about it?
Three of us at the appointment, and three versions of what the doctor said.
The allergy list is on a fridge note, in a text message, and in my head.
I cannot be ill, or away, or asleep, because I am the only one who knows.

Great Care is where all of that lives instead.

What changes

Four evenings, before and after

Not a feature list. The same evenings, once it is written down somewhere everyone can see.

Nine at night, your sister texts: did Mum take the thyroid tablet?
She opens Great Care and sees it ticked off at 8:04 this morning.
In the waiting room, someone asks what she is allergic to.
Penicillin, and what it does to her, one tap from the top of her page.
You cancel the weekend, because nobody else knows the routine.
The routine is written down. Somebody else can do Saturday.
The dog’s booster was due in the spring. You think.
Biscuit’s page says 14 March, and the next one is already on the calendar.
What it does

Everything in one place

The same page, on every phone that helps.

How it is arranged

One page per person

Everyone you care for gets a page of their own — and so do the dog and the cat.
The row of faces along the bottom switches between them in one tap.
Every tile opens in place. Nothing else on the page moves.
Sections you do not need can be switched off, so a page holds what that person actually has.
A person’s page in Great Care: allergies, conditions, medications, personal details, doctors, care locations, health card and documents.
A dog’s page in Great Care: allergies, medications, pet details, vaccinations, feeding and routine, and the vet.
Olive the cat’s page in another family’s Great Care: pet details reading Cat, domestic shorthair, two vaccinations, a feeding routine and the vet’s number.
The whole household

The animals are family too

When someone is ill, the animals are the first thing to slip — the worming tablet, the booster that was due in the spring, whether anyone has fed her today. Biscuit the dog and Olive the cat each get a page of their own, in their own homes, exactly like everyone else — with the things that animal actually needs: walks for one, a litter tray for the other, and vaccinations for both.

Vaccinations, each with the date the next one falls due.
Feeding times, walks, litter trays, grooming — and what calms her in a thunderstorm — so whoever steps in knows.
Vet, microchip number and insurance, in the same place as everything else.

Pets are on every plan. If the animals are all you are organising, Pet Care is $6.99 a month.

Everyone in the house, on one page — the animals included.

What a Care Link looks like to the person you send it to: a read-only page marked Verified, with an expiry date, allergies, medications and conditions.
Sharing

The page you hand the doctor

A Care Link is a web page holding only the sections you ticked. The doctor, the sitter, the school or the respite nurse opens it and reads it — no account, no app, nothing to install. Then you switch it off.

Only what you chose: tick the sections, and nothing else travels.
Give it an expiry date, or revoke it the moment it has done its job.
Read only. Nobody can change anything through a link.
Or hand over a PDF instead, for the receptionist who wants paper.

Every plan can share. Free keeps 1 link live at a time, Family 10, and Care Team as many as it needs — a live link is a door into someone’s information, so the number of open doors is capped on purpose.

The next appointment is easier when they can read it before you arrive.

What it can do that nothing else does

The parts that change the week

Built because a family needed them, not because they demonstrate well.

Record the appointment

Press record in the waiting room. Afterwards there is a written summary of what the doctor actually said — the dose that changed, the thing to watch for, the date of the next one — and everybody reads the same account instead of three different memories of it.

The page a paramedic needs

One tap from the top of anyone’s page: allergies and what they do, conditions, blood type, the medicines they are on, who to ring. The questions you get asked at the worst possible moment, answered before you are asked them.

Care Links

Send a doctor, a sitter or a school a read-only page holding only the sections you chose. No account, no app. Give it an expiry, see when it was opened, and switch it off the moment it has done its job.

Quick Fill from a photograph

Photograph the discharge letter or the row of pill boxes on the counter. It reads the medicines, the doses and the doctors off the picture and fills the page in, and you correct what it got wrong rather than typing it all.

Medicines in plain words

What a tablet is for, what it does not go with, and what to watch for — written the way you would explain it to your mother, not the way the leaflet says it.

Reminders that know the routine

The morning tablet, the two o’clock appointment, the worming tablet that is due. On every phone that helps, so it is not one person remembering for everyone.

All of it is in the 14 days, on every plan.

Who it is for

Built for people who do not like apps

Simple on purpose
Big text and big buttons, because it gets used at arm’s length.
Nothing to download. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.
Family members sign in with a 4-digit PIN, or with Face ID.
Dark at three in the morning, light again by breakfast.
Everyone on the same page
A code invites a sibling, a neighbour or a paid carer.
Admins decide who can change what; the rest can still help.
An audit log records who did what, and when.
A Care Link shows a doctor or a sitter only what you chose.
Security & privacy

It holds a parent’s medicines. We treat it that way.

Everything below is in force today — not on a roadmap — and written out in full on our security page.

Encrypted, both ways
Everything travels over TLS and is encrypted at rest by our database and storage provider.
Two locks, not one
Access to a family’s data is enforced by database row-level security and by a server-side membership check on every API request.
Face ID sign-in
Passkeys give phishing-resistant sign-in. Your biometrics never leave your device; we store only a public key.
No trackers, no ad tech
Strictly necessary session cookies only. No analytics, no advertising trackers, and your data is never sold or shared.
Recording is yours to start
Off until you tap Record, and the app asks you to confirm everyone present has agreed. Transcripts are not used to train AI models under our agreements with those providers.
Every sub-processor named
The companies that can touch your data are listed publicly, with what each one gets, and the list changes only after 30 days’ notice.
And what we do not claim
We do not hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today, and we do not say otherwise.
For families, Great Care is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. If you are a provider or an agency that is one, we do not offer a Business Associate Agreement today — talk to us before putting protected health information in.
Great Care is a record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, does not diagnose, and is not a medical device.
Great Care currently shares a database project with other small applications from the same owner, separated by row-level security and by name. A dedicated project is planned, and this is written down rather than glossed over.

Great Care is new, so there are no five-star reviews here — and we are not going to invent any. Take the 14 days and judge it on your own family.
